MCLEAN, Va., May 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Capital One Financial Corporation (NYSE: COF) announced today that Laura Olle will assume the formal title and responsibilities of Chief Enterprise Risk Officer for Capital One, a new position that centralizes the executive management oversight of the company's enterprise risk management activities.
